PURPOSE: A wire wound capacitor is provided to easily manufacture capacitors of various capacities having a small error by controlling the distance of a first fixing part and a second fixing part. CONSTITUTION: A first fixing part fixes one end of a first insulating film conducting wire(A1) to a bobbin(B). A second fixing part fixes one end of a second insulating film conducting wire(A2) to the bobbin. The first insulating film conducting wire and the second insulating film conducting wire of a wire wound capacitor are electrically insulated. The bobbin is opened in order to easily insert the first insulating film conducting wire and the second insulating film conducting wire. A bobbin stopper is used for protecting and fixing the first insulating film conducting wire and the second insulating film conducting wire.
