VEHICLE POWER LINE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle power line communication system that can make each of communication unit determine vehicle condition with a simpler structure.

SOLUTION: At least one of communication lines serves as a direct current power line that supplies a direct current power intermittently depending on a key switch condition to be turned on/off interlockingly with a key cylinder position of a vehicle. In particular, a +B line 2 and an IG line 6 serve as the communication lines. Communication units 8 and 9 communicate depending on a determination result of vehicle operation status determined by detecting the voltage change of an IG line 6 the voltage of which increases when the key position is set to ON and the direct current power is supplied.
