<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an energy management apparatus, an energy management method, and an energy management program which can prevent an interruption of power supply to electric apparatuses due to an insufficient power generation amount by a solar cell, and which can prevent an increase of power supply from a commercial power system. <P>SOLUTION: An energy management apparatus 24 estimates a power generation amount by a solar cell 12 after a prescribed time, which is based on an estimated amount of solar radiation and an estimated temperature after the prescribed time at the place where the solar cell 12 is installed, and which is based on specifications of a solar power generation system 10. Before the estimation of the power generation amount, the energy management apparatus 24 plans the power generation amount by the solar cell 12, which is based on the amount of solar radiation and temperature in the past at the place where the solar cell 12 is installed, and which is based on the specifications of the solar power generation system 10.
