<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose recommended setting contents in print setting items, when setting print in an information processor, based on a print setting history of a print job commanded to print from the information processor and printed by an image forming apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A print system accumulates setting contents of print setting items when commanding to print in an information processor (illustrated by PC 13) in, for example, a server 12 as a print setting history. When starting the print setting or changing the print setting in the PC 13, the print system searches a recommended setting candidate using the setting contents of the print setting items when starting the print setting or changing the print setting on the basis of the predetermined recommended reference, and allows the PC 13 to display the searched recommended setting candidate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
