A display substrate includes a base substrate to which external light is emitted from an upper part, and has a first refractive index, an insulating layer which is arranged on the lower side of the base substrate and has a second refractive index different from the first refractive index, a pixel electrode arranged on the lower side of the insulating layer, and a first compensation layer which forms an interface with the insulating layer and has a third refractive index which is greater than the first refractive index and less than the second refractive index. The external light is reflected from the interface, and the light reflected from the interface has a spectrum which is deformed from a spectrum deformed from the intrinsic reflection spectrum of the insulating layer. |
