<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil supply information provision device capable of collecting automobile fuel store information by means of a portable terminal without using a car navigation system. <P>SOLUTION: An oil supply information provision device 100 acquires automobile fuel store information of automobile fuel stores 2, 3, and 4 from a communication base station 1 using a portable terminal 5. The portable terminal 5 transmits information acquisition ranges 11 and 14 on automobile fuel store information and the present location of the portable terminal 5 and has means to transmit by radio an information acquisition request which requests acquisition of the information on the automobile fuel store to the communication base station 1. Moreover, the oil supply information provision device 100 has a server 6 which is installed in the communication base station 1 side, collects automobile fuel store information in the information acquisition ranges 11 and 14 specified by the portable terminal 5, and transmits the collected information to the portable terminal 5 according to the information acquisition request from the portable terminal 5.
