<p>A method and reader for screening and repairing a high-frequency card are disclosed. The method involves: authenticating sectors under test in the high-frequency card under test by the reader using the first secret key KeyB, which is used for authenticating the issued sectors in the high-frequency card under test(103); if the authentication using the first secret key KeyB is failed, authenticating sectors under test in which the authentication using the first secret key KeyB is failed by the reader using a second secret key KeyA, which is used for authenticating the unissued sectors of the sectors under test(104); if the authentication using the second secret key KeyA is failed, determining by the reader that hardware of the high-frequency card under test is damaged(105). The solutions can identify which high-frequency cards are hardware-damaged or which are not hardware-damaged, thereby reducing the repair cost of the high-frequency cards.</p> |
