Disclosed is the use of a pyridine derivative represented by general formula (1) wherein any two of R1, R2 and R4 represent hydroxy groups, the remaining one represents a hydrogen atom, and R3 represents a halogen atom or a cyano group, for the manufacture of a radiotherapy enhancer for enhancing the cancer therapeutic effect of radiotherapy in the treatment of lung and pancreatic cancer.
