摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an electrode composite for a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery with excellent battery characteristics from a gelatinized dispersed element used for manufacturing an electrode composite which can not be obtained from a conventional coating method. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing an electrode composite for a secondary battery includes: (1) a gelatinization step of obtaining a gelatinized composition by gelatinizing a dispersed element by bringing at least a part of a binder into fibril-like form, where the dispersed element contains an electrode active material, the binder containing a polymer which can be brought into the fibril-like form, and a dispersant; and (2) a sheet forming step of forming the gelatinized composition into a sheet shape, removing the dispersant, and obtaining the sheet-like electrode composite for a secondary battery. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
