<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DPF system that is more convenient than conventional DPF systems. <P>SOLUTION: The DPF system includes: a DPF 25 which is formed from a CSF 29 that is connected to the exhaust pipe 20 of a diesel engine 10 and collects PM in exhaust gas, and a DOC 28 which is disposed on the upstream side of the CSF 29; and temperature sensors 30a, 30b which are disposed on the upstream and downstream sides of the DOC 28, respectively. When the amount of PM accumulated by the CSF 29 exceeds a certain amount, the DPF system makes it such that the temperature detected by the upstream-side temperature sensor 30a is at least a first threshold amount, and the temperature detected by the downstream-side temperature sensor 30b is at least a second threshold amount, and carries out DPF regeneration. The second threshold is increased when a malfunction is detected in the upstream-side temperature sensor 30a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
