A pharmaceutical composition of levamlodipine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and a &bgr; receptor blocking agent, and a use thereof are provided. An active ingredient of the pharmaceutical composition contains levamlodipine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a &bgr; receptor blocking agent, in which the &bgr; receptor blocking agent is one selected from nebivolol, bisoprolol, betaxolol, celiprolol, and nadolol. A use of the pharmaceutical composition in preparation of a medicine for treating hypertension is further provided. The pharmaceutical composition of the prevent invention has the advantages that the therapeutic effect is obvious, and the administration is convenient. |
