<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new optical disk reproducing device and the like which can properly control progress of image data downloading and progress of image reproducing. <P>SOLUTION: The optical disk reproducing device comprises: network communication means 131; first acquisition means 132 for acquiring meta data including URL information and the like of each piece of divided data of contents data; second acquisition means 133 for acquiring each piece of divided data in a reproduction order based on the URL information; calculation means 134 for calculating the transfer rate of the divided data from the acquiring time and data size information of the divided data, and calculating a required data size, which is necessary to be acquired before the start of the contents data reproduction, from the transfer rate, reproduction time for the entire contents data, and a data size of the entire contents data; and reproduction means 135 for reproducing the acquired divided data based on the required data size. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
