<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that when a hot water supplier is utilized as an auxiliary heat source of a solar water heater, the capacity of the hot water supplier can not be utilized satisfactorily since burners of the hot water suppliers are started and stopped uniformly. <P>SOLUTION: The hot water supplier includes: a minimum output storage means 22 for storing the minimum output which is decided by using the lowest calorific value of the burner 11 and the performance of a heat exchanger and is peculiar to the heat exchanger; an upper limit temperature storage means 21 for storing the temperature obtained by adding prescribed temperature to the temperature preset by a hot water supply temperature setting means; and a combustion determining means 23 for permitting the combustion of the hot water supplier 1 when the product is calculated by multiplying a difference between the temperature stored by the upper limit temperature storage means 21 and the feed water temperature measured by a feed water temperature sensor 13 by the water quantity measured by a water quantity sensor 12 and the calculated product exceeds the stored minimum output and for prohibiting the combustion of the hot water supplier 1 when the calculated product is equal to or lower than the stored minimum output. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
