A method, device and system for modifying network parameters of a terminal are provided by the present invention, which belong to the field of communications. The method includes that a sending terminal broadcasts a discovery message carrying network parameters of the sending terminal to a receiving terminal(101), receives a discovery response message, which carries network parameters of the receiving terminal, sent by the receiving terminal according to the discovery message(102), modifies the network parameters of the receiving terminal according to the discovery response message, broadcasts a modification message carrying the modified network parameters to the receiving terminal(103), and receives a modification response message, which carries a modification result, sent by the receiving terminal according to the modification message(104). The technical solution of the present invention can reduce the hardware design cost of the terminal, and simplify the network parameters modification mode of the terminal, and improve the maintenance experience of the administrator.
