PURPOSE: A semi conductor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to have an LC filter and an IPD filter on a substrate by using an IPD process. CONSTITUTION: An LC(Inductor Capacitor) filter(134) has an output unit which provides a filtered transmitting signal and an input unit which is connected for receiving the transmission signal. The LC filter is formed on the substrate. An IPD(Integrated Passive Device) filter(140) has an input unit which is connected for receiving signal and an output unit which provides a filtered receiving signal. The IPD filter is formed on the substrate.
