DRYING SLUDGE APPARATUS USING HEAT STORAGE TYPE AIRHEATER FOR SOLAR

PURPOSE: A sludge drying apparatus using a heat storing type air heater based on solar heat is provided to maintain drying air of high temperature in the heater for a long period of time by installing a latent heat storing material and a heat transferring material in the heater. CONSTITUTION: A sludge drying apparatus includes a heat storing type air heater(10), a solar heat collector(20), a blower(30), and a sludge drier(40). The heat storing type air heater includes a fluid circulating pipe(11). A latent heat storing material(13) is installed at the upper side of the fluid circulating pipe, and a lower space part(12) prepared. A main heat source electric heating coil(21) is installed in the lower space part. A heat transferring material(15) is installed at the upper side of the latent heat storing material, and an intermediate space part(14) is prepared.
