CONSTITUTION: A polynucleotide for diagnosing autism comprises a polynucleotide comprising 10 or more continuous DNA sequence containing 477th nucleotide, A, in a sequence of sequence number 18. A single nucleotide polymorphism(polymorphism site)(SNP) is derived from MTHFR, AUTS2, RELN, LAMB1, WNT2, FOXP2, and ST7 genes. A primer and probe for amplification for Korean autism diagnosis comprise the polynucleotide or complementary polynucleotide thereof. A microarray comprise the probe for autism diagnosis. A method for detecting SNP in a sample comprises: a step of collecting nucleotide sample from a sample; a step of analyzing a polynucleotide of sequence number 18 or complementary nucleotide thereof. The polymorphism site is 447th nucleotide in DNA of sequence number 18. |
