摘要 <p>&lt;P&gt;PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas detection device capable of acquiring a sufficiently stable designation output and high processing speed by the small number of data. Ž&lt;P&gt;SOLUTION: This gas detection device has a signal processing circuit for performing smoothing processing to an input value sampled at each prescribed time interval from a gas detection signal from a gas detection part including a noise. In the device, a plurality of numerical value ranges and a plurality of smoothing processing coefficients (hereafter referred to simply as a 'coefficient') corresponding thereto are set based on a noise range characteristic to the gas detection part acquired beforehand, and a preceding designation output value is set as a reference value, and a coefficient corresponding to a numerical value range to which the difference between the reference value and a value inputted just after belongs is selected, and the designation output value is calculated by suppressing the difference by the coefficient, to thereby perform the smoothing processing. The reference value is acquired by performing similar smoothing processing, and updated and stored successively in a memory domain, and a coefficient having a larger value is selected, according as the difference between the input value and the reference value becomes larger.
