PURPOSE: A photoelectric converter is provided to solve a heat energy generation phenomenon during photoelectric conversion by generating a heat dispersion part in one side of a photo diode, thereby improving the durability and lifetime characteristic of the photoelectric converter. CONSTITUTION: A tempered glass layer(12) strengthens the surface hardness of a photoelectric converter(10). A lends module(14) is comprised of a plurality of lens units(142) located in one side of the tempered glass layer. A gap(Gp) is arranged by a plurality of protrusion rods(144) between the lens unit and tempered glass layer. A substrate(16) is comprised of a plurality of photo diodes(162). A heat radiating part(18) diffuses heat generated in the photo diode. |
