<p>The blade (1) has a rigid insulating section (2) including parallel main walls and slots (5) located between the walls. Metal flanges (30) are clipped on the section by a clipping unit and covering one of the main walls. The flanges are provided so as to cover all the main walls of the section. The flanges are made of aluminum. The section is made of PVC or polypropylene. The section has a thickness that ranges from 22 to 28 mm. The clipping unit has a male clipping portion carried by the section or the flange.
