PURPOSE: A parallax barrier panel and an operation method thereof are provided to move the position of a barrier in left or right directions by considering barrier junction errors, thereby accurately arranging the barrier in a designed position. CONSTITUTION: A barrier panel is comprised of a plurality of slits partitioned with a pixel unit width. The barrier panel is comprised of a cut-off region(310) and a transmission region(320). The transmission region is arranged between the cut-off regions with a width smaller than the width of the cut-off region. A region(312) is corresponded to a barrier region calculated in design. Left and right side regions(311,313) are corresponded to an extended barrier region.
