PURPOSE: A block for building a retaining wall for vegetation is provided to enable a retaining wall to be safely and firmly built by enhancing the building performance of a block. CONSTITUTION: A block for building a retaining wall for vegetation comprises a pair of reinforcing walls(2), an opening(3), a groove(5), and a water hole(6). The reinforcing walls are formed to face each other to hold the rod of a support belt on the middle inner surface of the left and right sidewalls(1d,1e) of a block body(1). The opening is formed on the middle part of the rear wall(1b) of the block body to guide the support belt to the rear of the block body. The groove is formed to together hold the rod of the support belt on the upper ends of the left and right sidewalls close to the reinforcing wall. |
