摘要 PURPOSE: A fermenting method of deer antlers, deer meat, or deer bones using mushrooms, and a fermented product thereof are provided to remove the unique bad smell from the deer antlers, the deer meat, or the deer bones. CONSTITUTION: A fermenting method of deer antlers using mushrooms comprises a step of adding a mushroom extract obtained from inonotus obliquus, sarcodon aspratus, or polyozellus multiplex to the deer antlers for fermenting in grains. The fermentation process is performed at 30-45deg C for 5-10 days. The grains are either wheat or millet. The grains contain 10-20% of fresh buckwheat powder.
