MANUFACTURING METHOD OF ULTRASOUND SENSOR

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an ultrasonic sensor is provided to maintain improved reliability and stability and the property of an ultrasonic sensor for a long time by keeping uniformity without the change of material quality. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of radial inward protrusions(26) is formed in which the height from the lower part of the inner circumference of a case(10) is matched with the thickness of a sound matching layer(22). A back-up case is prepared in a top and bottom open shape and has smaller inner diameter than that of the case. The one side of the back side matching layer(14) is bonded in the upper side of a piezoelectric element(12). An ultrasonic oscillator is arranged in the back-up case. A molding material is charged in the outer circumference of the ultrasonic oscillator and the inner surface of the back-up case. The ultrasonic oscillator and the molding consisting of a molding material are obtained. The molding is accepted in the case. The sound matching layer is formed by having the same material as the molding.
