PURPOSE: A slide bearing part and a method for manufacturing elements of slide bearing are provided to reduce the abrasion of the slide surface of a film. CONSTITUTION: A slide bearing part comprises a slide surface(5). The slide surface is made of a slide material. The slide material comprises matrix. The matrix is made of polyphthalamide, high-rigidity carbon fiber of 10 weight%, poly tetra fluro ethylene of 10 weight% A glide bearing part comprises a rigidizer(4) mechanically each other connected and a slide coating(3) made of the slide material. The slide coating is formed as the individual component which is attached to the rigidizer. The slide coating and rigidizer are integrally manufactured by the slide material. |
