FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to machine-building, in particular, to sealing gaps in turbomachine flow paths. An element of a worn-in turbine seal comprises a bearing part and a worn-in part made of powder material particles that are adhesively connected to each other and to the bearing part that makes up the sealing element base. The bearing part is made in its cross section as a U-shaped metal element and covers the worn-in part, with provision of access of a response part to the worn-in part of the seal without contact of the response part with the bearing part of the seal. The worn-in part is produced from a mechanical mixture of a powder alloy with the following composition: Cr - from 10.0 to 18.0%, Mo - from 0.8 to 3.7%, Fe or Ti or Cu, or their combinations - balance, and powder hexagonal boron nitride in amount from 0.5% to 10.0% of the mixture. ^ EFFECT: higher wear-in, mechanical strength and wear resistance of a deal, reduced labour intensiveness of manufacturing. ^ 23 cl, 3 dwg, 1 ex
|
