PURPOSE: An earth leakage breaking stabilizer is provided to eliminate discomfort for arranging an earth leakage breaker and a stabilizer in a narrow space in the structure of a street light by manufacturing the configuration for breaking earth leakage to be integrated with a stabilizer. CONSTITUTION: A breaking operation relay unit(210) determines the cut-off or the supply state of power which is provided to a lamp(300) from a power supply unit(100). A choke trans unit(220) generates a starting voltage which starts the lighting of the lamp between the breaking operation relay and the lamp. An electric leakage detector(230) detects the generation of a leakage current in the power provided in the power supply unit. A driving power source supply unit(260) changes a direct current voltage, which is converted from the power source provided in the power supply unit, into a rated voltage. An amplifying unit(270) amplifies a detected electric leakage result. A comparison unit(240) compares an amplified detected electric leak result with a preset reference current. A state display unit(250) outputs a specific kind of light according to an output result in the comparison unit.
