PURPOSE: A method and a system for approving the loan of a financial institution service are provided to improve the fund liquidity by enabling small firms to receive loan from a starting point based on the credit of large enterprise. CONSTITUTION: An input/output unit(321) receives a message which confirms the confirmation of the debenture form a terminal(300) of a purchasing company. The input and output unit receives the request of the first loan from the terminal of the selling company(310). A loan approval unit(323) approves the first loan within the limit which definitely promises the debenture.
