PURPOSE: A method for producing a high glossy laminate door and a manufacturing device thereof are provided to absorb foreign materials on the surface of materials before a laminating step, thereby minimizing defects on the surface when the materials are attached to the surface. CONSTITUTION: A PB(Particle Board) panel is prepared(S10). An LPM(Low Pressure Melamine) sheet is attached to the surface of the PB panel to form materials(S20). The surface of materials is ground(S30). Dust is absorbed from the surface of the materials under a dust collecting process(S40). A surface material is attached to the surface of the materials using an adhesive(S50).
