FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to devices for swirling and increasing discharge of liquid or gas flow outflow (reduction). A reducer swirler is made of a hollow cone-shaped body mounted of three and more tapes of trapezoidal shape twisted along a helical line in longitudinal direction and bent in transverse direction along a helical line on a conical holder, with various dimensions in width, with their reduction along the body length from the input hole to the output hole, with formation of three and more helical grooves and helical lines along the perimetre inside the body with an alternating reducing pitch from the input hole to the output hole, and also inner curvilinear surfaces of convex or concave shape relative to the longitudinal axis of conical shape of the body with centres of curvature arranged outside or inside the conical shape of the body. ^ EFFECT: expansion of process capabilities, increased efficiency, reduced hydraulic resistance, increased discharge of outflow. ^ 11 dwg |
