The system has a frame (C) made of a sections assembly. The frame includes two types of sections (110, 130) e.g. vertical and horizontal sections, where first type of section is fixed on other type of section so as to form a receiving location (T) receiving a solar panel. The receiving location includes coplanar support walls (112, 132) to serve as a bottom to the solar panel, and includes lateral stops (116, 136) to laterally wedge the solar panel. The latter section includes a central anchorage arm to retain a lap joint of the solar panel.
