PURPOSE: A needle for an ultrasonic guide image is provided to enable a user to perform an exact surgical operation by confirming the location of the needle. CONSTITUTION: A needle for an ultrasonic guide image comprises: a body(1) in which a hollow is formed; an insertion unit(2) which is formed to slope in the front end of the body; and recesses(3) which are formed to be concave on the surface of the body and diffusely reflects ultrasonic wave. The recesses are formed at an interval from the insertion part.
