PURPOSE: A vacuum pump system using a sealing cap floated on the water is provided to increase the efficiency of a pump and reduce driving energy of the pump when delivering water from underground to the ground. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum pump system using a sealing cap floated on the water is composed as follows. A sealing cap(2) is floated on water by being fitted into a center hole of a buoyant member(4) floated on surface water(6). The bottom of the sealing cap is bored to let water in and out. A water outlet(3) of a water inlet pipe(15) is fitted to a water outlet supporting buoyant member(7). The water outlet is exposed to a vacuum space(1) above an inner water surface(16) in order to lower pressure and facilitate pumping.
