PURPOSE: A construction method of a landscaping flower garden is provided to prevent the loss of improvement surface soil with a non-woven fabric, and to improve the exterior landscape of the flower garden. CONSTITUTION: A construction method of a landscaping flower garden comprises the following steps: hardening the surface of natural ground for constructing the landscaping flower garden(S1); spreading improvement surface soil on the surface of the natural ground, and hardening(S2); spreading a non-woven fabric including plant planting holes on the improvement surface soil(S3); planting plants into the plant planting holes(S4); spreading a coating material on the non-woven fabric(S5); and mounting natural stones on the surface of the non-woven fabric(S6).
