PURPOSE: A producing method of sponge cake containing banana powder is provided to offer the improved nutrition and flavor of the sponge cake to users. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of sponge cake containing banana powder comprises the following steps: mixing 365-385 parts of egg by weight, 290-310 parts of sugar by weight, 1.5-3.5 parts of salt by weight, 200-250 parts of flour by weight, 0.25-2.25 parts of baking powder by weight, and 5-10 parts of banana powder by weight to obtain dough; and baking the dough in a pre-heated oven having the upper fire at 175-185 deg and the lower fire at 155-165 deg C for 20-30 minutes. |
