PURPOSE: A producing method of a functional material using fermented yeast is provided to use the fermented yeast obtained from a specially manufactured fermentation container. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a functional material comprises the following steps: installing a blackout curtain and a sound insulating wall inside a fermentation chamber for secluding the noise and the direct ray during a fermentation process; producing a glass fermentation container in a circular form for checking the fermentation process; attaching a heating line on the outside of the fermentation process; inserting water, fermented soybean blocks, and yeast into the fermentation container, and fermenting the mixture for 15-20 days at 30-38 deg C; adding more water into the fermentation container with medical herbs, and fermenting at 30 deg C for 15-20 days while supplying oxygen every hour for 45 minutes; and aging the obtained function material for 20-30 days at 25-30 deg C. |
