<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot-water heating hot-water supply apparatus that improves the efficiency of energy utilization when a radiator performs heating operation while performing a heat storage operation to a hot water storage tank. <P>SOLUTION: The hot-water heating hot-water supply apparatus 10 includes a refrigerating cycle device 1, a water circuit 5, and the hot water storage tank 55. A heat exchanger section 56 is installed in the hot water storage tank 55 and provided at the upper part thereof. In the heat storage operation, high-temperature hot water generated in a refrigerant water heat exchanger 22 releases heat in the heat exchanger section 56 to heat the hot water in the hot water storage tank 55 and stores heat.
