<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print control system capable of performing pull print even under the condition where a print control server is inoperable, an image processing device, a print control method, a print control program, and a storage medium recording the program. <P>SOLUTION: In a print control system 1, a job input device 100, an image processing device 200, and a print control device 300 are connected by a prescribed data transmission path N. The job input device 100 includes first means 12 for monitoring an operation state of the print control device 300, and means 16 for transmitting print data to the image processing device 200, when the print control device 300 is in an inoperable state.
