<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking pot and a lid thereof, which still, even if the temperatures thereof increase when heated, successfully maintain hardness, non-stickiness and water repellency, and prevent discoloration. <P>SOLUTION: The cooking pot includes: a base material 21 having a metallic inner face 44 and a metallic outer face 42; an organic resin layers 33, 34 formed on the inner face 44; a first inorganic layer 31 formed by lamination on the organic resin layers 33, 34, composed of an inorganic material that does not contain an organic composition, and exposed to the inner surface; a copper-plated layer 37 formed on the outer face 42; and a second inorganic layer 39 formed on the outer face 43 of the copper-plated layer 37, composed of an inorganic material, and exposed to the outer surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
