<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil component with which two conductive wires can be wound in a short time and which deters winding collapse, and a method for manufacturing the coil component. <P>SOLUTION: In a first turn, a first conductive wire 41 and a second conductive wire 42 are wound directly on a winding core part 30 in contact with each other and aligned in the axial direction of the winding core part 30 to form a first winding core facing part 41A and a second winding core facing part 42A respectively. In a second turn, the second conductive wire 42 is wound in contact with and adjacent to the second winding core facing part 42A in the axial direction of the winding core part 30 at an opposite side of the first winding core facing part 41A with respect to the second winding core facing part 42A to form a lower wiring part 42B.
