#CMT# #/CMT# The fan has an arcuate or annular outlet (1) comprising a circulating slot (2) through which an arcuate or annular primary airflow emerges from the outlet and drags surrounding air. The outlet is arranged in a rear portion of a center console (4) in an inner space of a motor car through a cylindrical base (3). Outflow velocity of the primary airflow from the outlet is 3 m/sec. An air inlet and an electrical generator are integrated into the base for generation of the primary airflow. The fan has better energy balance, so that less electrical energy is required for generation of the strong primary airflow. The primary airflow is decentralized by the electrical generator in the base, thus avoiding flow losses in air ducts of the fan, and hence enabling completely free choice of an installation position of the fan in the inner space of the motor car.
