<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quantitatively meter solution with a simple configuration and to analyze the metered solution while keeping it filled in a flow path. <P>SOLUTION: A micro analysis chip comprises: a main flow path 1 one end of which is connected to an open hole 7 opened to the outside; a first introduction flow path 2 for introducing first liquid 40 to the inside of the main flow path 1; a first discharge flow path 3 for discharging the first liquid 40 introduced to the inside of the main flow path 1; and a reaction detection part 13 for analyzing properties of the first liquid 40 introduced to the inside of the main flow path 1, in the main flow path 1. Both of the first introduction flow path 2 and the first discharge flow path 3 are provided in the different side from the side where the open hole 7 exists, relative to the reaction detection part 13, in the main flow path 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
