<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to smoothly depress a press-down head, thereby improving discharging operability. <P>SOLUTION: The discharge pump 1 includes: a cylinder 3 provided with a lower valve seat 36; a piston 4 disposed in the cylinder and provided on its internal circumference with an upper valve seat 43; a biasing member 5 for biasing the piston upward; a stem 6 connected to the piston and projecting so as to be pushed in while being biased upward above the cylinder; the depressing head 7 with a nozzle 73, attached to the upper end of the stem; and a valve 8 provided with a lower valve disc 82 to be seated on the lower valve seat 36, and an upper valve disc 83 to be seated on the upper valve seat so as to be separable.
