<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for quickly detecting a fungus belonging to genus Byssochlamys, one of the main causative fungi of food and drink contamination, at a species level. <P>SOLUTION: The method for detecting a fungus belonging to the genus Byssochlamys includes a process of identifying the fungus belonging to the genus Byssochlamys at the species level by using at least one kind of the oligonucleotide pair selected from the group consisting of oligonucleotide pairs represented by a specific base sequence. The fungi belonging to the genus Byssochlamys are heat resistant fungi belonging to the genus Byssochlamys such as Byssochlamys fulva, Byssochlamys nivea, Byssochlamys lagunculariae and Byssochlamys zollernia. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
