<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor driving apparatus that can maintain the operation even when the load to a converter becomes excessive when PWM control is carried out at the time of power supply regenerative operation in a converter. <P>SOLUTION: A regenerative operation switching part 20 selects a control signal from a PWM controller 14 as a control signal of transistors A-F in normal operation.
