摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolyte fuel cell in which the load to a cell is reduced to improve durability by performing restarting control different from that in normal start-up during stop in a high temperature state to restart up, and the start-up time in restarting of operation is shorten largely. <P>SOLUTION: The solid electrolyte fuel cell includes: fuel battery cells 14 disposed in a fuel cell module 2; a reformer 20; a reformer temperature sensor which detects this reformed state temperature; and a control part which controls operation of the fuel cell module. When restart up of the operation is performed in a high temperature region in a partial oxidation-reforming reaction (POX)temperature band in a state where the fuel cell operation is stopped, restart up due to the POX in normal start up is prohibited to perform the restart up control different from the POX in this normal start up. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
