<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a squeegee position adjusting mechanism with the function to easily control the position of a squeegee and a flat screen printing device. <P>SOLUTION: The squeegee position adjusting mechanism, mounted on a flat screen printing device for printing an object to be printed which is placed on a loading surface of a conveying means, comprises: a squeegee; a squeegee carrier which makes a shuttle motion above the object to be printed; a lift member which ascends/descends to the squeegee carrier; a sliding member which slides vertically to the lift member; a mounting member on which the squeegee is mounted, with the capability of sliding vertically to the sliding member; a squeegee support part which includes an immobilizing means for fixing the mounting member to the sliding member at an optional height; and an adjusting means which adjusts the height of the sliding member to the lift member and includes a display part for indicating a distance between the lower end of the squeegee and the loading surface or the forcing level of the lower end of the squeegee to the loading surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
