Disclosed is a flow channel member which is obtained by laminating a plurality of side wall units and comprises an internal flow channel. The flow channel member is suppressed in occurrence of bonding failure of the side wall units. Specifically disclosed is a flow channel member (1) which is configured of a cover unit (1a), a side wall unit (1c) and a bottom plate unit (1b), and has a flow channel (3) in which a fluid passes through. The flow channel member (1) also has a gap (4) between the cover unit (1a) and the side wall unit (1c), said gap (4) communicating with the flow channel (3). Since the gap (4), which communicates with the flow channel (3), exists between the cover unit (1a) and the side wall unit (1c), the area of contact between the flow channel (3) and the fluid is increased, thereby enhancing the efficiency of heat exchange with the cover unit (1a).
