<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication apparatus, a communication method, and a communication system capable of content download and charging processing all of which are realized with wireless communication. <P>SOLUTION: A communication apparatus according to the present invention includes: a secure communication chip 120 for performing secure communication that is secured proximity communication; a high speed communication slave controller for performing high speed communication that is proximity communication faster than the secure communication; and an electric power reception control unit 130 for performing electric power transmission.
