<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data storage device capable of improving processing efficiency of saving data. <P>SOLUTION: A data storage device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a flash memory for writing and reading data with a predetermined size; and a control module for controlling the flash memory. The control module is configured so as to separate attribute information from saving data, which are read from the flash memory with the predetermined size, store the attribute information in an attribute information storage buffer and transfer user data contained in the saving data to a saving data storage region during a writing operation including a read modify write operation of data, of which sizes are smaller than the predetermined size. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
